I am a highly driven, goal-oriented Psychology Honours graduate currently completing my Postgraduate Education Studies, with the strong intention of pursuing a Master’s in Educational Psychology in the near future. My academic journey has been accredited by the British Accreditation Council, and my work within education has deepened my understanding of the vital role that mental health and wellbeing play during the most crucial stages of learner development. Over the years, I have gained experience as a private tutor, mental health advocate, equine therapy assistant, administrator, and behavioural practitioner. Currently, I fulfil three dynamic roles at my school: Remedial Education Practitioner, Counsellor, and Media Centre Coordinator. These roles have shaped my philosophy on the importance of innovative, evidence-based, and learner-centred education, with a particular passion for AI-driven and technology-enhanced learning. I enjoy exploring how artificial intelligence can personalise learner support, enhance educational interventions, and equip teachers with powerful tools to better understand and respond to the diverse needs of their learners. Although I once considered myself a complete introvert, working with people has become one of my greatest strengths. I aspire to use my skills, knowledge, and passion to make a lasting contribution to education and community development by promoting mental health awareness, championing learner wellbeing, and embracing educational innovation through the many exciting EdTech platforms available today.

Celia is also a published co-author of the Today Geography Textbook for Grade 9, and has contributed to several other educational resources including teacher guides and e-books for leading publishers such as Pearson and MML. Her work reflects a deep understanding of curriculum design and a dedication to enhancing learner engagement through tech-enhanced pedagogy. Currently serving as Head of Geography at The Wykeham Collegiate, Celia continues to inspire both learners and educators with her energetic approach, leadership skills, and unwavering commitment to excellence. She is a respected mentor, a seasoned curriculum planner, and a recognized figure in national marking panels and educational committees. Whether in the classroom, at workshops, or online, Celia Sauerman is a true Tech Guru—bridging the gap between traditional teaching and the digital future of education.

With a career spanning since 2004, Leo Stagg is at the forefront of educational innovation, consistently finding creative solutions for seamless IT integration in schools. His expertise lies in developing and implementing successful programs that incorporate technology, from iPads to Chromebooks, and providing the essential teacher training required to make these initiatives thrive. He believes that technology, when thoughtfully applied, can transform the learning experience, and he is committed to helping schools navigate this evolution.
